About the Project

Two products, one mission: making last-mile courier booking seamless for every Bangladeshi seller — whether they run a WooCommerce store or sell through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

The Products

Bangla Track is a WooCommerce plugin connecting store owners directly to Bangladesh’s top courier APIs — with PDF labels, webhook tracking, and a freemium licensing model built on a self-hosted system.

Social Seller App is a standalone mobile app for f-commerce sellers. It uses an LLM to parse unstructured orders from DMs, books courier pickups in seconds, stores order history locally via SQLite, and delivers pickup alerts through FCM push notifications — no WooCommerce required.

The Problem

For WooCommerce sellers: Store owners had to manually log into each courier portal — Steadfast, Pathao, RedX — copy order details by hand, download waybills separately, and follow up for tracking updates. With dozens of daily orders, this added up to 30–45 minutes of pure admin work every day.

For social and f-commerce sellers: The majority of Bangladesh’s small sellers operate entirely through Facebook Pages, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp — not WooCommerce. Orders arrive as informal text messages, addresses are inconsistent, and courier booking means making a phone call. There was no dedicated product for them.

The Solution

Bangla Track hooks directly into existing WooCommerce orders. Sellers book shipments, print PDF labels, and receive live tracking updates — all from inside their store dashboard, without ever opening a courier portal.

Social Seller App works as a PWA that behaves like a standalone mobile app. Sellers paste raw order text from DMs — in Bangla or English — and the LLM extracts the name, address, phone number, and item details. One tap books the courier. Order history is stored offline via SQLite, and FCM handles pickup notifications.

Shared Courier Network

Both products integrate with the same courier APIs: Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, and Carrybee.

Market Context

Bangladesh has over 10 million Facebook-based sellers. Bangla Track v1 integrates 4 courier APIs. Before the Social Seller App, there were effectively zero dedicated tools built for f-commerce sellers operating outside of WooCommerce.
